A connection that does not vanish when you need it most
Mass-market services park thousands of people on one address. The address gets blocked, and you are left alone with a help article. Here you get a dedicated server, a dedicated IP address, and our job: to spot the block before you do and move you to a working channel.
We set up every device for you. All that is left on your side is one button.
Why a cheap VPN dies and this one does not
It is not the protocol, everybody has the same ones. It is what happens after a block: at a mass-market service, nothing. Here, a script that was written in advance.
Your address belongs to you
A shared IP carries hundreds of people. Someone spams, someone torrents, and the address lands on blocklists. That is where endless captchas and rejected bank logins come from. A dedicated address behaves like ordinary home internet.
We learn about a block first
Every fifteen minutes, three independent vantage points inside the censored network test whether traffic still reaches our servers. If a channel stops passing, we see it that minute — not from your support ticket.
The swap happens without you
A dead channel is withdrawn automatically and a live one takes its place, on a different address in a different network. The app on your phone picks up the change by itself. You touch nothing.
One price, no hidden extras
We do not sell unlimited traffic for a dollar — at that price nobody can run dedicated servers and answer support in person. In exchange there are no surcharges for speed, for switching country, or for replacing an address after a block.

What exactly we promise
A promise without a mechanism is just words, so under every line below sits a specific piece of engineering rather than an intention.
- Round-the-clock monitoring
- Three independent vantage points test reachability every fifteen minutes. An outage is recorded automatically and the person on duty is alerted the same minute.
- A standby channel
- Servers sit in two separate networks. Block one address and the second keeps working, because it lives in a different subnet and a different datacenter.
- Replacement without you
- The dead channel disappears from your profile automatically and a live one takes its place. The app refreshes its settings on its own, within two hours at worst, usually on the next launch.
- If we cannot restore it
- When the connection stays down for more than twenty-four hours and we fail to offer a working replacement, that month is not charged. Cancel any time, no explanations required and nothing withheld.
We keep no record of where you go
Everyone writes "no logs", so here is the verifiable version: what is switched off on the server, and what still remains.
- Never written
- The addresses and domains you open. Name server queries. Timestamps of individual sessions. Your device model and its fingerprint. Your IP address when the app fetches settings. All of it is disabled in configuration, not merely "not published".
- Kept
- Your account name, the subscription expiry date, and total traffic volume in gigabytes, which tells us how loaded a server is. There is not a single address and not a single site in that data.
- What nobody can promise
- The hosting provider sees the volume of network traffic reaching the server — that is how networks work and no one escapes it. While a connection is open it lives in the server's memory, otherwise a tunnel is impossible; nothing of it touches disk.
- How to audit us
- Ask, and we will show you the logging configuration on the server and the size of the log file straight after your own session. It stays at zero.
What people ask most
- Does this work in countries that block VPNs?
- Yes. The connection is disguised as an ordinary visit to a major website, and we test reachability from inside the censored network every fifteen minutes. If a channel stops passing, you receive a working replacement automatically.
- How is this different from the well-known services at two dollars?
- In price and in design. There you share one address with hundreds of people: it lands on blocklists quickly, banks stop letting you in, and after a block you are told to "try another location". Here the server and the address are yours alone, and the replacement is our job, not yours.
- What happens if my address does get blocked?
- We see it before you do. The blocked channel disappears from your profile automatically and a live one appears instead, on a different network and a different address. Your app picks up the settings by itself, within two hours at worst.
- Which devices are supported?
- iPhone and iPad, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, and if you wish the home router itself, which then covers the whole household. We do the setup on every device.
- Do you store my browsing history?
- No. The connection journal on the server is switched off, name server queries are not recorded, device fingerprints are wiped every night. What remains is the account name, the expiry date and total traffic volume.
- How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
- Card or cryptocurrency. The first payment happens only after the connection works on your devices and you have tested it yourself. Cancel whenever you like.
- How many people share my server?
- On the Personal plan, only you. On Family, you and whoever you hand access to. Strangers never appear on your server, which is why speed does not collapse in the evening.
Write to us and we will set everything up
We reply within a working day, usually sooner. We will tell you which plan fits what you actually do, and agree a time for the setup.
